i. Explain the meaning of Security.
ii. Identify ways of making our home safe.
Previous knowledge : Teacher revises what the learners have been taught from their previous class.
Content :
What is security?
Security is the state of being free from fear, problems or danger.
Security is the safety of our lives and property.
How to be save at home.
1. Always close your door.
2. Close your windows at night.
3. Live in a fenced house
4. Always close the gate of your fence.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : The teacher introduces himself/ herself to the learners and gets familiar with them.
Step 2 : Introduces the lesson by asking the learners, “what is security?”
Step 3 : He then explains the meaning of Security to the learners after several attempt from them.
Step 4 : The teacher then asks the learners to identify how we can be save at home. He then guides them and gives examples.
Evaluation :
