Content :
Winds can be useful and very important in so many different ways.
Winds are also harmful and dangerous especially the strong winds.
Examples of strong and dangerous winds are : hurricane, tycoons, tornado, whirlwind, etc.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : The teacher revises the previous lesson with the learner by asking questions orally. Mention some examples of strong winds.
Step 2 : He/ she introduces the new topic by explaining the harmful effects of winds.
Step 3 : He / she then state the harmful effects of winds
Step 4 : The teacher gives them some questions on the topic explained.
Evaluation:
1. Winds can destroy the roofs of a building. (True, False)
2. Can wind help in the spread of diseases? (a) Yes (b) No (c) Not sure.
