Previous Knowledge : Learners are familiar with food hygiene.
Content :
A kitchen is part of a room used for cooking and washing of dishes. It is also used for storing food for future use.
The below are the kitchen hygiene:
1. Keep your hands clean before cooking .
2. Tidy up the kitchen environment.
3. Cook with a clean kitchen utensils. That is, pot, spoon, knife, plate, etc.
4. Wash all the used utensils and arrange them properly.
5. Do not drop any food crumbs on the floor.
