CONTENT :
Labour force consist of all the people in a country who are of the right age to work. They are source of trained people from which workers can be hired. The total number of workers in the country makes up the labour force.

HOW TO TRAIN LABOUR FORCE TO BE ACTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE
i. Organizing job training programmes or seminars
ii. Create awareness on STDs,HIV/ AIDS Education
iii. Encourage Adult education.
iv. Educate and enlighten the people on healthy living such as feeding, relaxation behaviour.
HOW POOR HEALTH AFFECTS THE LABOUR FORCE
1. Reduction in man power

3. Low self esteem
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : The Teacher revises the previous lesson (RESOURCES UTILIZATION), with the learners.
Step 2 : The Teacher introduces the topic ( TRAINING THE POPULATION TO BE HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE (LABOUR FORCE))
Step 3 : The Teacher explains the lessons.
Step 4 : The teacher state some of the effects of poor health on labour force.
