Previous Knowledge : Learners are familiar with moving from one place to another.
Content :
Manipulative movement is the movement that involves the use of hands, feet and body.
Animals Movement
1. Man, dog , cat, cow – Walking with legs.
2. Snake, lizard, snail – Crawling with belly.
3. Frog, Kangaroo, rabbit – Hopping
4. Horse – Galloping
5. Fish, prawn – Swimming
6. Birds, butterfly, flies – Flying with wings
7. Monkeys – Jumping
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : Revision of the previous Lesson with the learners by asking questions orally.
Step 2 : Introduction of the new topic by explaining the meaning of manipulative movement.
Step 3 : Give examples of the different movement by different animals.
