Content:
Fertilizers are natural or synthetic chemical substances produced in form of powders or mixture used to enrich soil so as to promote plant growth. Fertilizers are also called inorganic manures. Fertilizers are usually in the solid state but can be easily dissolved and applied in liquid form. Examples of fertilizer iinclude:
NPK (Niteogen, Phosphorus, Potassium)
SSP (Single Super Phosphate)
CAN (Calcium Ammonium Nitrate)
Urea, etc.
Manure are organic substances that are added to the soil to increase its fertility. Manures are of two types which are:
