Movement is the act of changing place or position.
Movement can be divided into three groups, which are :
i. Locomotive movement : These are movement that require moving all part of the body from one place to another.
ii. Non locomotive movement : These are movement that are performed on the spot or position.
iii. Manipulative movement : These are skills that involves the use of hands, feet and other body parts to move or change the direction of an object.
