Content :
Obedience is the ability to follow instructions or submission to a higher authority.
A person who is obedient is respectful and cautious to rules and regulations.
Importance of Obedience.
It is necessary that we are obedient at home to our parents and elders, in school to our teachers, seniors and above all God.
The following are importance of obedience.
1. Obedience brings reward.
2. It helps us to show respect to those in authority, such as teachers, elders and our parents.
3. It helps one to be focused without any panic of fear.
4. It reduces the rate of crime and give room for a peaceful environment.
5. Being obedient simply means one has a good moral value.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : The teacher revises the previous lesson with the learners
Step 2 : Introduces the new topic by asking the learners, “what is Obedience?”
Step 3 : After several attempt the teacher then defines Obedience to the learners.
Step 4 : He/ she then state the importance of being obedient.
