Topic: Personal Hygiene and Physical Fitness.
Personal hygiene is the practice of maintaining good health and prevent diseases. This means we must take extra care of our bodies.
Some of the things we can do to keep our bodies fit and healthy include:
1.) Eating Nourishing Food:
The quality of the food we eat is very important to the wellbeing of our bodies. Having a balanced diet of food that has the right quantities of carbohydrates, proteins, fat, minerals and vitamins will keep our bodies strong and healthy.
2.) Rest and Sleep:
Our bodies need lots of rest and sleep. During sleep, our bodies replenish a lot of the energy lost during the day.
3.) Regular Exercises:
Exercising the body is very important. Activities such as running, walking and jogging keep us physically fit and develop our bodies. Exercises don’t have to be boring, they can be fun as well.
4.) Keeping Our Body Clean:
It is important to take a bath at least once every day. Using deodorants, taking care of our teeth by brushing at least twice a day.
Another important aspect of keeping ourselves clean is toilet hygiene. This way, we prevent germs and bacteria from spreading.
