Previous Knowledge : The learners are familiar food hygiène.
Content :
Germs can easily get into our food if they are not properly handled with care. This is called Food contamination.
Reasons why we must handle the food we eat in a clean and safe way.
1. To keep out bacteria.
2. To prevent food poisoning
3. To prevent illness.
4. To prevent infection from entering our body.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1: The teacher revises the previous lesson explained by asking questions orally.
Step 2: He/ she introduces the new topic by asking the learners to define germs and describe how it gets into our body.
Step 3: He/ she then explain food contamination and state the reasons to keep our food safe.
Evaluation :
