Content :
Religion means to belief in God and the activities that are connected to it.
Types of Religion.
There are three types of religion in Nigeria. These are :
i. Christianity Religion
ii. Islamic Religion
iii. Traditional Religion
Places of Worship.
1. Christians worship in the church using the Holy Bible.
2. Islamic or moslem worship in the mosque and use the Holy Quran and tasbeeh (worry beads)
3. Traditional religion worship in the shrine using ifá and opele (oracle and divination chain)
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : Review of the previous lesson learnt by asking questions orally.
Step 2 : Introduction of the new topic to the learners by asking, “what is religion?”
Step 3 : Explain religion and list types of religion.
