Content :
Safety rules are the rules that help or guide us to keep safe when performing basic movement.
The Safety Rules in Basic Movement
The following are the safety rules in basic movement :
1. Warm up properly before doing any physical activity.
2. Do not play or run when the floor is wet or slippery.
3. Make sure there is no dangerous objects around.
4. Do not struggle push or fight.
5. Put on the right clothing and the foot wear.
6. Do not throw or kick an object to classmate when he / she is not watching.
7. Obey your instructor or teacher.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : The teacher revises the previous lesson with the learners by asking them questions orally.
Step 2 : Introduces the new lesson topic by asking, ” what is safety rules?”
Step 3 : He / she then states the safety rules in Basic Movement.
Evaluation :
