Previous Knowledge : Learners are familiar with some examples of sìmple machines at home and school.
Content :
Simple machines are tools that makes our work easy. It is also a device that can be used for multiple task.
Examples of simple machines are :
1. Scissor 2. Opener
3. Knife 4. Broom
5. Screw driver 6. Hammer
7. Spoon 8. Fork
9. Sharpener 10. Stapler
11. Wheelbarrow, etc
Presentation Steps :
Step 1: Revision of the previous lesson learnt by asking questions orally.
Step 2: Introduction of the new topic by describing simple machine with examples
Step 3: He/ she then asks the learners to mention more examples of simple machines
Step 4: The teacher then asks the learners to classify examples of simple machines found at home and in school.
Evaluation:
