i. Say simple meaning of eating.
ii. Mention some good eating habits
Previous Knowledge: Learners are familiar with eating.
Content:
Eating is an act of consuming food.
Eating is the act of putting food into the mouth and swallowing.
The food is chewed and rolled with the tongue before swallowing it.
The following are the examples of good eating habits:
1. Wash your hands before and after eating.
2. Do not talk while eating.
3. Eating little food at a time.
4. Use spoon or fork to eat.
5. Take enough water after eating.
6. Do not move around while eating.
Presentation Step:
Step 1: Review of the previous knowledge with the learners
Step 2: Introduces the new topic to the learners by asking, “what is eating?”
Step 3: He asks the learners to mention the some good ways of eating.
Step 4: The teacher explains eating habits and gives examples of good eating habits.
