Learning Objectives : By the end of the lesson learners will be able to
i. Explain the meaning of Suspicious movement.
ii. Identify suspicious movement in the school, at home or
iii. Report suspicious movement.
Content :
Suspicious movement is the act of distrust, doubt about someone’s attitude and character that seems related to a dangerous or criminal. Suspicious movement makes one feel that something is illegal or something is going wrong at a particular time.
Identification of Suspicious Movement
1. Look around all the time to know if someone else is looking.
2. Walk around a place all the time.
3. Look at the time and phone a lot.
4. Disappear into a place for some time.
5. Walk quietly into a place so that no one will know (sneaking)
6. Waiting around in a particular place in order not to draw attention to themselves.
It is advisable that if any suspicious movement is identified. It should be reported immediately to the right authority.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : Revision of the previous lesson with the learners by asking questions orally
Step 2 : Introduces the new topic by explaining suspicious movement.
Step 3 : Identify the behaviour of suspicious movement.
