Content :
Swimming is the movement of the entire body through water. Swimming takes place in POS or open water such as sea, lake, stream, etc. People swim for sports or for fun.
The following are the swimming styles
1. Free or crawl style
2. Breaststroke
3. Backstroke
4. Butterfly stroke
5. Sidestroke
Swimming helps to build endurance, muscle, strength, fitness and reduce stress.
Presentation Steps :
Step 1 : Revision of the previous term’s work with the learners.
Step 2 : Introduction of the new topic to the learners.
Step 3 : Identify the places where swimming is done.
Evaluation :
